Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales made on the website www.allmyladies.com, operated by AllMyLadies, a sole proprietorship owned by Feinan BROT, registered with URSSAF under SIRET number 88035670400010.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in connection with the online sale of jewelry and accessories under the AllMyLadies brand.

2. Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Each item is a creation selected or designed by AllMyLadies.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code), excluding shipping costs.
AllMyLadies reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Customers may place orders directly on the website.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and can be made by credit card via the secure Shopify Payments platform.
Payment data is processed exclusively by Shopify and is never accessible to the seller.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped from France within an average of 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier (La Poste, Colissimo, etc.).

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the product, without providing justification.
AllMyLadies offers an extended 30-day return period for exchanges or refunds, under the conditions described in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.

9. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations.
It is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing such resolution, the dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Étienne, France.
