You have 30 days from delivery to return your items and obtain a refund , with the exception of custom or personalized creations, which cannot be returned.

To make a return, please include the following in your package:

• Your order number

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Items must be in perfect condition and carefully packaged in their original packaging or equivalent.

Once the package has been received and verified, a full refund of the amount of the items will be issued via the original payment method .
