Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the legal provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not meet your expectations.
No justification is required.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • The item must be accompanied by its original packaging.

  • The parcel must include your order information — simply provide your contact details and order number.

Return Shipping Costs

Pursuant to Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, and except as otherwise provided by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Refund Procedure

Once your return parcel has been received and inspected in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days from this confirmation.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, certain items cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind, notably personalized or custom-made products.
However, no item is currently classified as “final sale” in our store.
