At AllMyLadies, each order is carefully prepared in our workshop in France.
We do our utmost to ensure fast, secure, and meticulous shipping.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
During busy periods (Christmas, sales, or new collection launches), this timeframe may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods and Fees

All shipments are made from France via La Poste:

  • Metropolitan France: Lettre Suivie (default). Colissimo can also be used upon request.

  • European Union: Lettre Suivie (default). Colissimo International is also available upon request.

  • Other countries: Lettre Suivie (default). Colissimo International can be used upon request.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and parcel weight.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your parcel at any time via the link provided in that email.

4. Delays and Lost Parcels

AllMyLadies cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.
In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, a replacement or refund may be offered after a postal investigation.

5. International Shipping and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
Any such additional charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the address provided when placing the order.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address leading to a return, a new shipment may be made once the parcel has been received back and new shipping fees have been paid.

7. Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in a gift box or pouch, accompanied by a cleaning cloth.
A personalized handwritten card can be added upon simple request.
